Return & Refund Policy

Here “You” refers to the Customer and “We” refers to Toggle Ventures (PCKTACES).

 

Please take a close look at the product once received and contact us immediately within 7 days (of receiving it) if the item is defective, wrong, or damaged so that we can look into the issue and help you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your right to get a Refund for a product or an Exchange for a product applies only if products that are returned are in the same condition as the way You had received them. You should also include all of the packaging items, documents, and wrappings. Any product that is damaged or not in the same condition as You received it or which is worn beyond opening the product will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note that exchanges can only be made with same priced product or higher priced products.

Once Toggle Ventures receives the returned product, we will inspect the condition of the product and if qualified, the refund or exchange can be processed for you.

If the refund gets qualified, you will be automatically refunded in your original payment method within 12 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or card company to process the refund too.
